They offer efficient, friendly, courteous service. Once we contacted Clarke-Air for service they sent an agent out the same day and he was able to tell us immediately what the problem was and just like that our unit was fixed.

Outside unit of A/C destroyed by hurricane. Tried to get paperwork from one HVAC company to satisfy insurance company. They took one look, wrote something up which only covered replacement and didn't discuss possibility of repair. Insurance company wanted explanation but HVAC guy faded away on me. Then I called Clarke Air. They responded soon, worked with my agent and we got the OK. Parts arrived in good time. Four trucks arrived this morning with several men. They replaced the outside unit and made a huge modification to the furnace inside. This was necessary due to the changes in equipment after 20 years. Afterward they cleaned up the insulation and hurricane debris that had been tracked in and removed all the discarded parts. I couldn't even find a cigarette butt after they left four hours later. Very courteous.
