My mother has had a horrible experience with Adoration Home Health. During the past month, she has only had 2 home visits and the Adoration therapist(s) have missed 3 scheduled appointments without notice of cancellation. In addition, there is no advance planning regarding therapy nor a set schedule.
There is lack of communication within the organization and from the organization. They claim to call when in fact they have not because no message is left nor does the call appear on caller ID.
This entire experience with Adoration has been an unnecessary stress while my Mother is trying to recover from a major surgery.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
