Do not seem to know their own hours. Good service when they are actually open, but they're too inconsistent to be counted on. Three times in a row when I've needed a cut, I've passed by the place and had to go elsewhere. Often 20+ miles out of my way.

Mr. Maillet communicated with me very well. I knew when he ordered the part. I knew when he received the part. He told me what morning he would be here, and he called that morning to let me know he was on the way. This all seems to be what would be expected, but as I found out from the last company that Frigidaire assigned to repair my dishwasher, such is not everyone's policy. Mr. Maillet believes in customer service and communication just as I do.

I was glad to see the Grand Bay Barber shop open up so I could go back to getting local haircuts and I wouldn’t have to drive 15 minutes to Tillman’s Corner to get one. The owner did a great job cutting my hair the first two times I went. My issue and the reason I will never go back is that he is EXTREMELY unreliable. I took off work a few hours early so I could get some things done, including getting a haircut and the last THREE times I went to the shop he was randomly closed. He does not keep the hours he has posted. I showed up at 2:45pm on a Thursday, closed. 10:37am on a Tuesday, closed. 3:10pm on a Friday, closed.
