Sent $100 for a fruit basket for a friend's mother's funeral. Beautiful selection of fruit but it arrived on a piece of cardboard. Had expected a basket since that's what I said. Very disappointed in the presentation.

My uncle passed away in Butler Jan 31st 2020. The local florist was closed so we went to TOB in Gilberttown. AMAZING job on the casket piece AND the spray as well as the other arrangements purchased by family. DEFINITELY the place to go!!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with The Olive Branch! I am so used to just going on Teleflora for flower deliveries that I didn't know what to do when I needed flowers but Teleflora didn't deliver to the city that I needed. I googled and came across 3 options. One of which was permanently closed...I called The Olive Branch and was overly pleased by the excellent customer service offered by store employee Marshea and store owner, Robin. They were extremely patient with me (I am super picky) and clearly wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the final product. If I ever need an arrangement in this part of Alabama again, they will no doubt be the ONLY place that I call.
