Wonderful staff and great environment to be in! They have a super helpful team that guided me towards my road to recovery and I couldn’t be more pleased. 10/10 place and definitely recommend!

I was very impressed with the staff at P4. I had a left knee issue that they addressed in a manor that produced great results. The exercises and band therapy were spot on for my reduction in pain and better strength around the knee. Trace Garrett put a plan in motion that I can and still do from home that is very helpful. I will return to them in the future if needed. Thank you P4 of Gardendale.

Wonderful experience at P4 in Gardendale. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcomed. They did not only care about your physical health but your mental health as you rehab from your injury. Trace, Rox, Arlie and team always took care of my girl. This place was family. Thank you!!
