Got an appointment with Abby and found a true professional. 2 returns filed and 1 of those was a nightmare but not for Abby. The ladies at the front desk are just as efficient and friendly as well. THIS is THE place to file your return without any hand wringing.
Idk why everyone is against Tyler. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and I think he’s great. At some point I needed a copy of my old W-2s, and I emailed the company, and Tyler. He responded the next day, where it took the company email a week.
Very professional and personable. Everyone I have ever had an interaction with has been extremely kind . The sweet ladies that work up front are always polite and courteous even if they are on a phone call. I highly recommend them !
