Current tenants have shared that maintenance requests are handled in a decent time and management is easy to deal with. The staff is consistently described as sweet, professional, and helpful. Many who have dealt with the company feel a sense of family and express a desire to continue their relationship, even if changing jobs leads them to leave. This company is highly recommended for anyone looking for a respectful and supportive management experience.
10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND continental realty! Shanna and April are the absolute BEST! They go above and beyond for their renters and they are the sweetest! Maintenance is also on point! As long as you let them know about something they are quick to get it handled.
I can not say enough good things about this company! Shanna is the most patient and understanding person, she goes above and beyond for our needs even though I know she doesn't have to do half of what she does! She will help you even though it is out of her control and not the companies responsibility. I would recommend them to anyone!
When I first moved into my apartment, continental was our property managers and they were awesome! Now in 2025 they are our property managers again and I am so thankful for Continental Realty because they go over and beyond and anything you need they’re there to help you! They are a true realty company that truly care about their tenants!!
