Dr. Jay and staff created a positive experience with my son's visit. Dr. Jay demonstrated exceptional expertise, addressing our concerns with a thorough and compassionate approach. Dr Jay called me himself at 6:00 at night to review the results of the MRI.The clear explanations and genuine care made us feel confident and well-supported throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Jay and the Andrew Soorta Medicine team for their professionalism and commitment to patient well-being.

Easy in and easy out. Check-in is done on their kiosk but, should someone need help, the receptionist is friendly and ready to step in at any time. Dr. Jay was running behind because of so many sports related injuries from the previous night’s Jacksonville State football game. Once he walked into the exam room, he was thoughtful and took his time answering all my questions. Main thing to me: I do not need hip surgery! Hooray

I went to the Gardendale office. Signing in was a little difficult. They only had one kiosk and it was very crowded that day. But it is football season so I understand. And they were in the process of changing patient record systems and I had to update my information. The front desk person, Candy, was very helpful and nice. Dr Jay and his trainers were very nice and efficient.
