I got my hair cut a week ago at a different place then ulta and needless to say I spend 50 dollars on a haircut that was uneven and not shaped correctly for my hair type. I booked with Erica at the ulta salon and let me tell you she was just amazing. She helped me figure out my right cut took extra time making sure it was all even gave me layers and even after blowing my hair out amazing I might add textured throughout my hair to remove bulk and then helped me find affordable options to best suit my hair type. If you need a haircut, go see Kristen M at Gadsden Ulta!! She is the absolute best, does exactly what I ask for and always makes sure everything looks perfect! I always leave her chair feeling FABULOUS!

I usually don’t leave reviews because I never think of it but I HAVE to leave one for this store. Michelle, a manager from my understanding, could’ve easily dismissed an issue I had with a pickup order and told me to call customer service. Instead she went out of her way and looked for all possibilities to help me out. I left as a very appreciative customer and had everything I needed! I’ll use this store from here out!
