I have been to this place several times and each time there was an issue with my nails. I ask for a certain design and she acted as if it was impossible to do on a short length when I looked at the design on long and short nails. I went today and got a pedicure. The design I wanted he really messed it up. I'm tired of dealing with them. The effort that they put in is horrible when it comes to satisfaction. I asked for cow print and he gave me polkadot 🙄 and it had to be done over.
Went to get my child’s nails done today and the pricing on the wall was $10-$12. When it was time to pay I was charged $20. If they have updated they prices they need to be displayed as well
a few things made me unhappy. nothing they used was new so i just hope and pray it was sanitized properly. no plastic over the pedicure bowl. they scrubbed my ankles and legs with this rough thing that ive seen nail techs use to get dust off before polishing with acrylics or used on the bottom of feet. it was used. it didnt feel good. i just feel like the whole thing was rushed the guy didnt try at all. i could have painted my toes better than this. very disappointed i will not be going back
