Went to get my child’s nails done today and the pricing on the wall was $10-$12. When it was time to pay I was charged $20. If they have updated they prices they need to be displayed as well

a few things made me unhappy. nothing they used was new so i just hope and pray it was sanitized properly. no plastic over the pedicure bowl. they scrubbed my ankles and legs with this rough thing that ive seen nail techs use to get dust off before polishing with acrylics or used on the bottom of feet. it was used. it didnt feel good. i just feel like the whole thing was rushed the guy didnt try at all. i could have painted my toes better than this. very disappointed i will not be going back

I have been going here for years at least a decade or longer however ; the wait time has become exhausting , with having only two workers that does nails and, one worker doing pedicures can be time consuming they need to hire extra help. Having to sit hours ( which I’ve set up to 3 hours) to get services can be overwhelming and frustrating. I will no longer be using this place and will seek another place where the wait time is shorter and it’s more workers . Also the sign needs to be removed off the door taking appointments as o was advised it’s been seven years and they no longer take appointments.
