We were greeted and guided by Ms Jessica bridges. She took her time and patiently explained and walked us through ceramic tiles, porcelain, travertine , granite and marble tiles. Huge new info for us. Very pleasant, polite and respectful. Her salesmanship traits helped her make a difficult decision in few minutes and we made our purchase of marble tiles about 45 square feet right away. She's an asset for this store. Will love to do our future purchases with her guidance. She took time to look at our phone pictures to suggest color combinations for existing granite black tiles

The choices are amazing and the customer service is outstanding from my very first visit through many re-visits to complete my new build project.
