Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a family-oriented facility where residents are treated like family. The stunning, renovated building is clean, well-maintained, and has no odors, with updated furnishings. The staff, from admissions to nurses, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, are consistently kind, professional, encouraging, caring, friendly, and helpful. They make residents and visitors feel welcomed, at ease, and at home. The rehab care is extremely beneficial, helping patients regain strength to return home. The activity manager organizes several events, and special meals like the Thanksgiving dinner for patients and families are delicious and enjoyable. While most regular meals are very good, they occasionally arrive a bit cold. Overall, the facility exceeds expectations, providing a positive recovery experience where wonderful connections are made. It is a place highly recommended for its caring support and clean, updated environment.
My mother entered this rehab facility after a month of illness and a week-long hospital stay, primarily because she had grown too weak to live on her own. After 16 days of care, she was strong enough to return home, and our family is incredibly grateful for the support she received.
The staff — from the nurses to PT and OT — were consistently kind, professional, and encouraging. My mother made many wonderful connections with the team, which made her recovery experience even more positive. The admissions staff was also especially helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making the decision to choose this facility much easier.

A stunning renovated facility! I was definitely impressed with the upgrades. It’s always tough to find a great facility and healthcare provider, but this place exceeded my expectations. During the tour with Victoria, she made me feel at ease and relaxed during what could have been a stressful time. She helped me find the right home for our family member, and her bright smile and welcoming personality truly made me feel like I was at home. Highly recommend!!!
Clean, no odors in the facility, residents are clean and in fresh clothes. The facility recently got a remodel as well so it's aestheticly improved and has updated furnishings. Staff has been consistently kind and helpful when I reach out to speak to my father who resides there.
