Flash towing is a family oriented business who appreciate the men and women who have served our country. Due to the State of Texas leaving up detour signs that led me down a CR to another detour sign telling me to turn around I found myself in a ditch. Flash towing came out with their trucks and treated me like I was someone in their family. They were super kind and worked with me on getting my truck out of the ditch. Great timing and great customer service. My truck stopped running and I called my insurance company for a tow , the first one they called said under 60 minutes and I had waited over 2 hours, then they called Flash Towing insurance said another 60 minutes. It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again.
