I just want to say my interaction with everyone in this office Angela, Jasmine, Allison, Lisa, and Dr. Hernandez has been absolutely phenomenal. The phone is always answered on the second ring. The administration team seems to really care about their staff and provider which is hugely important in a medical practice. When going over insurance coverage they don’t mind taking the time to break down what is covered and how to get the most of your vision insurance. I highly recommend this office for all your vision needs!
Had my first appointment here the other day and it was a great experience!! Got my eye test, frames picked out and left in one hour. Fastest appointment I’ve had. The receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and sweet, The doctor was very thorough in how she explained my results and Angela was very helpful while checking me out and was very sweet. Everyone who worked there were very happy to be helping me out!! They conversed with me which made me feel less than just a number in their system and more like a real person. I would 100% recommend this place and already have my next appointment set up. Very affordable as well if you don’t have insurance!!
I have been using the Gadsden location for several years. Today, May 29th, was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was exceptional from reception to the doctor. I highly recommend visiting this location.
