Customers praise the business for its quick response and dedication. The owner, Danielle, is known for going the extra mile, even arriving an hour later at 9 PM while coaching a basketball game to help a customer who had locked their keys in the car. The company is also praised for its professionalism and down-to-earth approach, with customers appreciating the willingness to work in challenging situations, such as creating new keys in the cold rain.

Recent reviews highlight the business's kindness, efficiency, and affordability. One customer who had locked their keys in the car after a difficult shift was given a discount, allowing them to avoid working for nothing that night. Another customer, who had lost their car key, was quoted a much lower price and had their car back up and running within 20-30 minutes, in contrast to the high cost and lengthy wait quoted by a dealership.

Overall, Allen's Lock & Key is a trusted and reliable locksmith service that provides excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and affordable solutions, making it a go-to choice for the community.
