Brttney is very sweet and gentle. She was having an issue with my toes that required her to ask for help. The tall young lady with the white On Clouds (asked by mgr Im thinking) came to help. I had a serious ingrown toe nail that it made my whole toe hurt so it was very sensitive ergo Brittany needing help. The young lady didn't take this into consideration. I was almost in tears before she got it out. I tipped Brittany onky bc of the young lady's "attitude"

I have seen reviews saying INCONSISTENT, and that is exactly what they are. I only trusted two of the nail techs to do my nails (the man manager, and the woman with the gray hair). The prices are slightly unreasonable, as I have found a new nail spot that does better work cheaper! $50 for a fill in with gel. That’s near the price of a $70 full set. Also, if you want designs or trendy nails, I would not recommend this place. They only have one color chrome powder (silver). I asked for green chrome and they put silver on my nails, knowing it didn’t look anything like the green chrome in the picture. This salon was recommended to me by a friend so I went. The lady doing my pedicure was great. But…. The guy doing my manicure was jerky, acted like he was in extreme hurry , pulled my left arm across my body to do my nails hurting my already injured back. Why could I have not sat at a table like a normal place. The place was not busy and seemed to have plenty of help. This is only the second time I’ve written a review but I think it’s justified. I would never use this business again.
