Cory Newell was a wonderful repairman! You need to give him a raise. Your companies Sears Mobile Repair and American Home Shield sucks. These two companies have no idea what they are doing! In the process of not being able to talk to a human being the customer gets screwed! I am disabled and stress causes me to be sicker. With the confusion between Sears and AHS I have gotten very ill! I told Cory it was not his fault. I pray I never have to use either of these companies again! ?????

Corey was very professional and knowledgeable about how to repair the ice maker. He let me know in plenty of time when he would be heading to our home. Very polite and easy to work with!

The tech did what he could & his hands are tied. Wrong parts delivered and not functioning properly. Nothing he can do about it. This is the 3rd time they ate up 3 of my days & now I've got to contact them to set up another appointment. One of those days they never showed up. Lots of room for improvement on their part.
Update: now day 4 of a no show. The warranty company has dropped the ball and made it difficult for me and the tech. Even more room for improvement.
