Checking in at the Kiosk was awkward. We've used them at other places, but ipads work better- Dr Rainer was really nice, listened to me & answered my questions. His staff was also really nice! I would recommend him to my friends@

This was my first appt with this office for pain mgmt. I showed up 30 mins beforehand but had to wait an additional 45 mins after my appt time but they were busy and I knew my appt would take longer with the doctor, since it was my first, so I was patient. Once I saw him, I liked his bedside manner. We came up with a plan for me and I will continue seeing him monthly. After seeing him for a while, I will know better than now about how I truly feel, but so far, so good!

My Mom uses them. She's been to many pain clinics over the decades She's been on pain mgmt. She loves them. Always takes time & appts are easy to get.Definitely recommend them
