Looking for parts for our RV and told the guy what was going on and he didn't have the part we needed but suggested we try something else that might fix the problem and it cost less than the original part we needed.
About Petersen RV Services
Petersen RV Services is a friendly and helpful business, owned by knowledgeable and gentle individuals. They provide assistance with RV parts and repairs, going above and beyond to help customers in need. For example, when a customer's power went out and they couldn't find a technician, the business provided the numbers of other repair services. In another instance, when a customer's 12-volt system had an issue, the business quickly checked the cost of replacement batteries and loaded them into the customer's car. The business lent a "handle" to the customer to help remove the old batteries and install the new ones. Overall, Petersen RV Services is a great place for RV needs, with professional service and reasonable costs.

My power went out last week and Petersen RV didn’t have a tech available so she gave 2 numbers of other RV repair services and the one I called called me back within 10 mins and he walked me through a few steps and it was the main breaker outside, my power came back on, I was SO grateful, my husband was out of town so I was frantic but I will DEFINITELY be using both places!! I just thought it was nice that they knew I HAD to have AC so she knew of other businesses and gave me their numbers,, that’s just unheard of where I came from!! Great folks in Gulf Shores!!Service: Electrical
