They are reassuring and professional, providing top-notch maintenance services for in-ground pools with cartridge or sand filter systems.
I have visited Pensacola pools to have my pool water tested for warranty certification with print outs on 3 occasions. Brett has helped me to figure out my new pool ph, chlorine adjustments, etc as I'm doing the chemicals myself that I've purchased there.He has helped me get my pool water just about right for the fall/winter seasons.

I’ve been going to Pensacola Pools for 1 year now. As a brand new pool owner I was a deer in headlights when it came to chemicals and maintenance. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. So glad to call them my pool store!
They always take time to explain what I need and why. We bought a house with an existing in ground with cartridge filter system. They explained the difference between it and the sand filter we were used too. Great folks and service
