I needed a screw taken out of a tire that was low, and it was 30min until closing. I wasn't sure if they would be able ti take care if it. They greeted me with a smile, had great customer service and had me out of there in no time with a repaired tire for a very affordable price.
very friendly over the phone and in person, helped and explained everything very thoroughly. was nervous about going somewhere new because of past experiences but they did amazing! will definitely be back!
My rv on my from columbus ohio to orange beach had to separate blown tires. I was really frustrated about this. I was checking around for new tires in Foley alabama where I have never been. I called fausak tire and talked with Troy he was unbelievable. He calm me down and took excellent care of me. It felt like I have known him my whole life he felt like family. I also am in customer care business. I have owned my own business, insurance agency for over 30 years. If I was closer I would hire him. He is unbelievable he calms you down.
