Benson’s was wonderful in quickly getting a washer delivered to our rental condo the day I called to place the order. Their willingness to accommodate in an emergency situation was much appreciated by both us and the guest. They have always been great to work with.
I purchased a range for a price that was very competitive with online prices -- plus they deliver and install. It had a regulator, which their technician Kyle replaced. After that, the range did not work properly ----- because I contaminated the burners with cleaning compound. Kyle came out on a Saturday, identified the problem and was a complete gent about my foolish mistake. Kudos to the staff in Foley and the service manager too. I am very glad I purchased the range from them. I am also grateful that they accepted my humble apology.
