Working with Benson's for the order of our Speed Queens was so easy. I tried to order for delivery online, and had some issues. I chatted with their AI chat bot and was called by a person within 10 minutes. Sean was great to chat with and we were able to setup the purchase and delivery very quickly and easily. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. Delivery went smoothly, they texted me about 45 mins before the delivery to give a heads up and they were right on time. They did a great job delivering amd installing and running a test cycle on both machines. That entire experience was top notch. 👌
Only speed queen dealer in the area. They came all the way out to Pensacola to deliver. Did all of the business over the phone. Delivery was excellent. Team was professional. Took the old washer and dryer, hooked up the new ones and made sure they worked. Communicated effectively all throughout the process.
