We rent a home and our landlord has Sentricon stations around the property. We have never had major issues and the one time I thought we had termites- the techs came out same day to check. They were super nice and very knowledgeable!

2/27/2024 3:25pmI had a small situation where I was not receiving a call prior to them coming out so I called. Everybody I talked to did there best to rectify the problem. I had to reschedule but received a call about 30 minutes later because the guy who had previously came requested to come back today and make sure I was taken care off. Mr. Stephen you are an amazing person and I really enjoyed our conversation while you were out here. He broke down my concerns and advised how he was trying to fix the problem. Definitely recommend this company and Mr. Stephen. If the rest of the techs are like this then I’m NEVER leaving this company! Thank you for the amazing service!...read full review

I LIVE IN ROBERTSDALE. TODAY WE HAD THE HONOR OF HAVING TECH JASON IN OUR HOME!! THIS GUY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! HE WAS SUPER SWEET AND VERY THOROUGH!! DEFINITELY 5 STARS AND A THUMBS UP FROM ME!!
