Called in early this morning and was able to get a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to my girlfriend at the local elementary. I just told them what it was for and they arranged the flowers. They looked amazing. She was very pleased. Least that's what she told me!! Lol
Called on a whim at 4:53pm (they close at 5pm). The lady answered in the most polite manner, introducing herself and the business like a true pro. I told her what I needed and that I could be there right at 5. She said COME ON. Yall, this "lady" turned out to be a very respectful and mature high school junior. She constantly asked for my approval as she put my order together, was very engaging in conversation and provided the BEST customer relations experience I have had ANYWHERE in Fayette since moving here.
