Jacob and his team (including the office) were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job on our patio additions and our pergola. Their team was kind, clean, efficient, and always kept us in the loop. I have been referring them to everyone I know. Every project we have done has had some sort of issues and can be a stressful headache, we did not have that with Red Branch, they were on top of everything and took all the stress from us. Kudos to this business! We are so glad we chose you!
Highly recommend!!! Our deck had to be replaced and since it’s very large and about 12 ft off the ground we knew we had to be extremely picky with contractors. Jacob put us at ease from the first meeting, very knowledgeable, transparent, and found ways to save money where possible while still delivering only the highest quality work. Even the City inspector raved about Red Branch’s projects! We knew there was some structure that needed to be repaired but after demo found more problems, Jacob and Travis did a great job of offering solutions and in the end we have a deck that between the materials and waterproofing system we won’t have to worry about...read full review
