We had a pet-related emergency around 5 this morning and needed real help.
We called them up and they were at our house a little over an hour later. Terry took care of the pet mess and cleaned the rest of our carpets the same day. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes.
They completely turned a truly difficult morning around, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. I was in tears before 7am, and now I’m sitting here with a huge weight off my shoulders.

Shelly and her family were ALL on board in my absolute time of crisis. Long story short— I ended up with a gallon of paint on my FAVORITE rug on a Sunday of all days! I was in a complete panic but Shelly worked with me to bring my rug into her home and started working on it immediately! It was a MESS and I cannot stress that enough. Coastal Carpet Care treated my rug until the paint came out!!! I was overjoyed and couldn’t imagine having had a better experience, that is until they brought it to me! I mean full service!
