At 2:30 P.M. I called to report the blower motor on my HVAC was not working. Technician arrived, replaced the motor and had unit operating, all within two hours from the time I placed the call. I appreciate the technician being professional and courteous and keeping me from having to endure the coldest night of the year without heat.
We always have a great experience with the team at Bayaire - Keith, the owner, Kevin, Joe, Charlie, Preston, Emily and Carla. We had problems with both HVACs back to back. They were able to troubleshoot the problems immediately, Carla was communicating with me on my warranty and status of product to be replaced and the installers were prompt on time, courteous and mindful of my home by putting down blankets to protect my floors.
