The holiday season is such a busy time for me. I wanted a protective style for my curly/kinky hair so I wanted to have knotless box braids done. I was in the market for a hair braider that would not snatch my edges out! Kendra at The Pink Trap was an answer to my prayers! The appointment started a little late, but she was worth the wait. I paid to have my hair shampooed, conditioned, and blow dried before having my hair braided. I have thick, natural (chemical free) hair. Some stylists don't know how to properly handle natural hair; they can be too rough. Kendra took her time to carefully detangle my hair. She worked from the ends to the roots. I went into The Pink Trap for a Brazilian wax this past Friday & that was by far THE BEST WAX I EVER RECEIVED!! No lie, it was quick & painless as possible. Not to mention my wax is still smooth with NO IRRITATION!! Jotoria was so informative & professional & quick! So quick I added a additional service & got my underarms waxed for the 1st time ever. I normally just shave but not anymore! I’m a life long customer now! Also when I left I received a goody bag with some things to up keep my waxing. Other places just rips your skin off & have you to figure it out on your own. But I highly recommend them if you want a smooth body & great customer service at reasonable prices.
