I tried to order a sample of a tile and he immediately emailed me to say it had been discontinued and apologized for it still showing up on the website. He included information for several places in my area that could possibly still have stock of the tile. I decided to try a couple other colors and he verified they were still in circulation then put the order together for me, free of charge! Great service.“
