Courteous and Friendly Service
They are ok but some of the doctors won't help you when you need it the most
The front desk staff is very nice and Dr. Williams is amazing. The wait times are usually not bad at all. The problem is that when the nurses call you back, they generally do it from behind a wall, so it's very hard to hear and/or understand them, and when you go back, the nurse has often disappeared, so you stand there confused until someone takes pity on you and tells you where to go. Today the nurse told me to do a urine sample. When I came out of the bathroom, she was gone, and I waited by the bathroom door for ten minutes before someone told me to go back to the waiting room.
