The front desk staff is very nice and Dr. Williams is amazing. The wait times are usually not bad at all. The problem is that when the nurses call you back, they generally do it from behind a wall, so it's very hard to hear and/or understand them, and when you go back, the nurse has often disappeared, so you stand there confused until someone takes pity on you and tells you where to go. Today the nurse told me to do a urine sample. When I came out of the bathroom, she was gone, and I waited by the bathroom door for ten minutes before someone told me to go back to the waiting room. Best primary care team ! A human being answering the phone instead of 30 min trying to navigate some of the greetings They can treat all ages have an Xray dept there own lab ultra sound everything you need in one spot !
Dr. Gammill is superb. He talks to you and listens to what you have to say. He cares about your health. He has great nurses and Physician Assistants. I know I am getting the best possible care !!
