I recently joined pbt and Emma was sooo helpful, she helped me pick a lotion that worked for me she explained the beds and levels and how they work she always gives me a warm welcome she is a absolute doll! I appreciate her patience with all my constant questions lol and oh I cannot forget cali. Always smiling and welcoming me in! She’s a doll. I’m so glad I decided to join and the beds are top notch! I love the many options for lotions and other items as well! All the beds are top tier I have a few of my favorites. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family! If you haven’t joined what are you waiting for!

I am OBSESSED with all the new equipment!! The upgraded beds are next level, and the wellness sauna + LightStim panel make this place feel like a spa. And don’t even get me started on the Spray Your Way booth—perfect, even color every time. The whole salon feels fresh, clean, and elevated. Best experience every visit!

Great Customer Service....top notch. So many beds to choose from. They even have red light therapy. Walked in and was greeted pleasantly and helped right away. Was not rushed and they took their time to explain everything.
