Heather is by far one of the best financial managers my wife and I have ever worked with. She is so sweet and just a happy spirit to be around. We have been dealing with Heather since she was at another location years ago. When we found out she was working at OneMain we were excited to know she remembered us. I love that she doesn’t mind going above and beyond to meet our needs. Please please please don’t ever get rid of her unless she is promoted to the Corporate office. Heather is the absolute epitome of customer service.
The business side is fairly straightforward, with no pressure on purchasing add on insurance. They generally seem to care about what you are needing and work on plans that can help you rather than further bury you in debt. The staff there are some of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Heather went above and beyond for me, I bought a car from another person who had a loan through one main, she did everything she could to get the title to her as quick as possible, even sent it to me next day. Highly recommended, thank you!
