Before my appointment, she text me to give me directions to her location, since she is located in a 3 story building with other businesses. Super thoughtful! I definitely would have been a bit lost. Her facial room was cozy, and the bed was really comfy (always a plus!). Her products smelled amazing, as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my service, and hated to see it end! My skin is super soft and smooth, with no irritation. After the service, we chatted for a bit about her future aspirations of business expansion, which sound very exciting! I found Dr. Shiver's office and haven't gone anywhere else ever since. Carol is amazing, and we have become good friends. She does not work for Dr. Shiver but leases space in his office. They do work together to coordinate appointments to accommodate my needs as I go every four weeks. Carol and I have become good friends, and Dr. Shiver and his staff are warm and friendly. This is the first chiropractor's office I've been to that doesn't have a high turnover with their message therapist, probably because she is independent of Dr. Shiver, and it's nice to have someone who knows your body's issues so well. I highly recommend Carol and Dr. Shiver.“
