I give this establishment three stars. Though the hairstyles turned out the way I expected, I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the establishment and respect for the clients personal time. I got my hair done here a total of three times due to failed appointments with other hairstylist. I do call the day of or the day before to make my appointment. They tell me that they have times so I go with their word and set my appointment. Each appointment I had to wait 1hr + before I even get in the chair. My first two hairstyles were easy and quick. Mama has been braiding my hair every since she came to the USA. She braids my hair very good. My braids last anywhere from 4 to 6 months. My only problem is that she talks on the phone waaay to much and it slows her down. She is never on time for the appointment. I spend 8 to 10 hours, when it used to be 4 at the most. I've got to find someone else because time is priceless. She doesn't know how to manage her time.
Girlfriend is having her hair braided and it looks great. She's been coming here since she moved and they do a great job!!! The hair she bought was a little short for her hairstyle so they replaced/traded for the longer hair at no cost.
