“This man is a lifesaver! He came on the weekend to help me and my husband get back into our house. He unlocked our door in less than 5 minutes. He then made us a new copy of our key, so we’d always have an extra, and *fingers crossed* he wouldn’t have to come save us again! His motto was that he only wants to see you once (because hopefully he can help you not get locked out ever again). This really stood out to me and showed that he cares about his customers. He was such a nice and friendly guy as well!“
