They were very kind and were very open to answering all my questions. They were very gentle with my dog and willing to do whatever they can to make her comfortable. The front desk staff tended to be short and they didn't seem very welcoming, but they did their job.

We had to have our sweet 17yr old baby put down on Monday. She was my childhood pet and I was a hysterical mess. All of the staff from the front desk when I called to when we left was amazing. We have never felt so cared for at a vets office before. Dr Hendrix was patient with us and gave us as much time as we needed and we never felt rushed. Today I check the mail and they sent us a signed card and a sweet poem. We will never use another vet and I cannot thank the amazing staff enough fir making us feel so loved and cared for ❤️

We brought our dog to Animal Health Center for an emergency after he was ran over back in July. Everyone we encountered was so kind and accommodating to us as we brought him in hysterically. Dr. Hendrix was in surgery when we arrived but was willing to come out to care for our boy. He ended up staying for two nights and we never had to question if he was in good hands as Dr Hendrix called and updated us multiple times a day. Weeks later our Ranger boy made a full recovery and is back to his normal playful self, thanks to the awesome care he received. We will be making this our regular vet and transferring our other pets for their routine visits. Thank you!!
