We were having problems with one of our HVAC units again so we decided to change HVAC service providers. We called Kenny Smith at Smith’s Heating & Cooling. He was able to come out the same day we called. He assessed our unit & gave us options to solve our reoccurring issues. Kenny is very friendly & we felt comfortable with him from our initial meeting. We were able to get all our questions answered & he walked us through the entire process including financing a new unit. After he installed the unit, he even registered our unit for us. Kenny was very personable while being professional and making a frustrating situation easier. We will continue to use Smith’s Heating & Cooling for our HVAC needs & highly recommend him to others.
