Jaron came out today and fixed our unit. He is professional and courteous, he doesn't sugar coat, nor exaggerate the issue. Great service, he's our A/C guy from here out.
Jaron is a great guy. Came out on a Saturday and price was extremely reasonable. He was honest and told us most places would say we need to replace unit, but he felt like they could fix the problem. There was some wiring issues, a VERY dirty unit, and we replaced a fuse. He came back out the next week to give us a basic service on the unit. Then, 1 week later, we started having trouble again. We were pretty sure it was thermostat. Jaron stopped on his way and got a new one, just in case, and sure enough, that's what it was. He swapped it out, double checked everything, and we are good. He's friendly, prompt, thorough, respectful. We highly recommend him and Quality HVAC. Thanks, Jaron!
