Technician Wade was very pleasant, knowledgeable and spent the time to explain to me the issue he found . He was fast and efficient at solving the problem and letting me know what to do should any future issues arise. I am very pleased with his service and Vinson will be the company I call for any future plumbing issues. A++
Wade was very efficient and polite. We had a main water pipe leaking in the yard and he was able to find, and fix it quickly. He talked me through the steps he did outside. He also made a point to have my check every inside appliance and water usage before he left. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Tim was great! He quickly analyzed our needs and offered an appropriate solution. He worked quickly and efficiently. Tested all before leaving. He has helped us before and had a similar great experience! Highly recommended!!
Addendum: Vinsons had scheduled a different person on the day before Tim’s visit. I had scheduled another contractor to meet Vinsons for that 730-830 time slot. The contractor showed and was here about 45 minutes then left. Finally at 930 I called Vinsons to see when they were coming. They said the guy wasn’t coming because part of the work was outside and it was supposed to rain (Weather app predicted rain at noon🙄). They had no explanation...read full review
