I went to get a eyebrow wax, and Abby was phenomenal. She complimented me about my brows, before even starting. She was very engaged with having a conversation with me, and she is overall the sweetest employee up there. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming and very nice to customers. 10/10 recommend going there to get a wax ❤

Every time I go into Ulta Beauty, it’s honestly such a great experience.
The girls are always super friendly and make a point to greet you as soon as you walk in, which I love. It never feels awkward or overwhelming — they’re really easy to talk to and build rapport with.
They’re also incredibly helpful when it comes to recommending products. Whether you know exactly what you need or have no idea where to start, they take the time to actually listen and guide you in the right direction.
I’ve never had a bad experience here — it’s consistently a good vibe, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers.
