I had the BEST experience at Ulta Beauty with Ms. Tonika! I came in worried about my skin, and she really took her time helping me find the right products to reach my goals. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely go see her!

Every time I go into Ulta Beauty, it’s honestly such a great experience.

The girls are always super friendly and make a point to greet you as soon as you walk in, which I love. It never feels awkward or overwhelming — they’re really easy to talk to and build rapport with.

They’re also incredibly helpful when it comes to recommending products. Whether you know exactly what you need or have no idea where to start, they take the time to actually listen and guide you in the right direction.

I’ve never had a bad experience here — it’s consistently a good vibe, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers.

Went into Ulta in December to treat myself with good foundation (since I never do) and was helped out by a sweet employee. I think if I remember right her name was Kayla she had bright orange hair at the time. Anyways… she helped me out and listened to my concerns I had. She color matched me on the first try, and although I left there without the foundation because they were out of my shade I still felt very content with the customer service I received. Thank you.
