Sharon (master stylist in the salon) is awesome! She is detail oriented, cares about the quality of her work, and is always concerned about her client's satisfaction. She is great for individuals with hair anxiety. Great conversationalist but she would also be 100% fine with a silent appointment if a client preferred not to chat. I could not recommend her more!

I love Ulta because they’re very friendly in there. However when it comes to women of color although they try to help it be an epic fail.So lately I’ve been force to go to Sephora. They’ve hired a black man. When I say he stop me, ask me did I need help, stayed with me until we found my shade and it took A LOT OF TRIAL AND ERROR. He was so patient. He worked with me I know a good 30 minutes. Because of him I’ll be returning and staying faithful to the store as long as he’s there….KEEP HIM!!!!! This was Monday 2/5/2024 at about 6pm or 7pm

Kandace did such a great job, she's friendly and listens to you and also makes some good suggestions. I really like my cut and highlights, as well as my overall experience. She will be my new go to girl for sure!
