We purchased a “new machine” a year ago and we’ve only been able to use it for about one month’s worth of work… in a YEAR‼️We’ve had to rent machines and Synergy isn’t doing ANYTHING‼️they won’t even help us find a place to take it‼️ DO NOT PURCHASE/RENT OR EVEN SPEAK to anyone at Synergy Equipment Rental Dothan AL. Come to find out, they have been dishonest from the start

I’m an experienced equipment operator, was hired to run a nearly new Doosan 85. Great running machine, lots of power. Comfortable ac, stereo, etc. About 3 hours running the machine, the boom pin broke. Way too small pin for the size/power of the machine.Probably would be a good machine with a more robust pin.

Purchased a new Doosan 85r excavator last year. Major issues within 260hrs. Terrible service and follow-through and honesty. Certainly made a mistake not going with a Komatsu excavator.Two broken pins. My time certainly has no importance. 21days with no return phone call or communication only to be told we haven't figured out what we want to do with it. Doosan great warranty is worthless.
