Renting with them is very compatible with government housing. They do random house inspection, you cant have pools, a dog ( not even on the property) and you cannot design the house to make it look upscale ( such as wallpaper). If the property is in need of major repairs like roofing or anything with the house once you sign them papers you are responsible for those repairs no matter if it was in a bad predicament before you started renting. If you’re in need of a house really bad I suggest you move in get on your feet and get out of those people house.
