You had better check with your insurance company before you visit this facility. Be specific about what your coverage is before you visit. The billing department will not tell you what your insurance covers until they bill you for everything, then it will cost you more than you think.

if I could give zero stars, I would. Had a family member come here. Was turned away for treatment and told to go to an ER for evaluation first. Never followed up to check on the patient. Family member was charged $150 up front and swabbed for COVID (why??) before seeing a "provider". Will NEVER suggest anyone waste their time here!

NEVER EVER SEE ANYONE FROM THIS FACILITY IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN DIAGNOSED. THEY DO NOT ACCESS/ OBTAIN A HISTORY regarding signs or symptoms an individual is experiencing. Please I beg of you do not make an appointment unless you’re stabilized and know your own treatment.
