Thank you to Roto Rooter for responding to my 93 year old mother's call when she couldn't get a plumber to show up. She had a water leak in the wall and unfortunately Roto Rooter could not help, but William did show up and was very nice. He reassured her since I live in Florida and couldn't get to Dothan in time. I called for what I thought was a leaky clean-cut drain but when Robert showed up 15 minutes after I called, he quickly told me it wasn't that but a broken pipe. Due to the weather, he couldn't fix it that day but explained everything to me, assured me it wasn't as bad as it sounded, & said he'd be back asap the next day. He was too!! Before 8:00! He was very professional, very nice, & the job was done quickly, neatly, & cost less than what we expected. Highly recommend Robert! We are very happy! On time, well priced, courteous, fixed the problem! (Pine tree roots in main line.) We're going to have to replace the main line due to its age and condition, gave a reasonable estimate.
