We had a clogged kitchen sink. They told me it would be the next day for them to come out. They were able to come same day. Mr Wade who came out provided exceptional service. He worked and worked until he got the job done and even provided some pointers on how to try and unclog the next time. He was very professional and does great work. We will continue to use them and highly recommend their services.

Had a issue with my washer backing up into my kitchen sink. Called Roto Rooter in dothan at 10am. Appointment was scheduled at 12:30. Dylan showed up on time if not a few minutes earlier. Very nice guy. Explain everything as he was doing it. I was scared of calling a plumber service due high prices that heard from others before this but now they will be the only one I will call for now on. The service was excellent and preformed in a timely manner also the price was decent. Would definitely recommend Dylan to others.

Our kitchen sink was stopped up for 2 days. We tried everything, finally called Roto-Rooter to come take a look. Dylan and Wade showed up In a timely manner and was very polite and professional, they had it fixed up and ready to go in no time. Great teamwork, Thank you.
