I just want to say it took seven months, Fighting My insurance company. I want to do a shout out to Braden Burns, Who stayed by my side fighting the fight with me the whole seven months and tell him Thank You. Best choice Roofing has been a excellent company and professional and I was amazed they actually got my roof done in one day. Once again, thank you Braden and God Bless!
Wanted to leave five star but After roof was complete zero communication from sales or rock creek themselves. After the third day I called them and had a minor issue from lack of foreman or any body looking at the job after completion other than myself. “The customer” also had the check to hand over but took a week to coordinate a time with jake to get it to him and the day I went to the physical address at approx 4:00 no-one was there and door locked.
BUT after it’s all said and done these are very minor issues and I will still recommend using rock creek roofing for your roofing needs. And overall had a very positive interaction with them.
The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent, the materials were of high quality, and the crew was very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. Will definitely use again!!
