The team at rituals is always so sweet! I’ve had two massages by Kara and will forever book with her! The pressure she uses is amazing! I use my shoulders and back at work everyday and she works out every kink and my muscles always feel so much better after every massage. 10/10 recommend booking with her! Will be booking another session in the near future!
This was my first time at Rituals, booking an appointment online was simple and I received a text and phone call the day prior to confirm. My appointment was for a spa manicure. Rachael was extremely thorough in the shaping of my nails and giving my nails an overall clean up. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the space was great. However, I am deducting one star because my appointment was cut short and down graded so another client could be fit in for a pedicure. I was really looking forward to the full spa treatment.
