I am BEYOND grateful for Tyler and the entire Refine crew. I had surgery to repair a labrum tear in November, 2022. I was so nervous because I wanted to return back to crossfitting and doing what I love. I stayed in PT with Refine for 6 months and can finally say I’m back to almost 100% capacity. Tyler spoke to me before the surgery and made me feel more comfortable with my decision to move forward. I believe PT with refine was THE reason I’ve seen so success from the surgery. After hip replacement surgery, I had the pleasure of working with Mak. I wondered if I could ever swing a golf club again or enjoy walking and playing with grandkids without pain. Working one on one with a PT certainly helped me with my recovery. She didn’t tell me to go to a corner to complete several activities on my own. Instead, she worked with me for the entire hour kindly pushing me toward progress. Three months after surgery, and I’m swinging my golf clubs, hiking the Smokey Mountains, playing with grandchildren, and enjoying daily walks. Very grateful for Mak and her disposition of life!
