Called to get information regarding remote working through my work computer or through a personal computer. The tech was so quick and helpful getting the information I needed to make a decision.
We tried several different options for IT support over the years until we found the pros at RealTime. They solve problems you didn’t know you had in ways you can’t understand and half the time you never know you had a problem. They have people for remote and onsite work and will dedicate enough resources to address any problem you can find. Indispensable!
