It's said that the 3rd time is the charm & that's the case here. We had difficulty with maintaining the printer connection to my pc which worked on the day that it was remotely connected but not the next which happened for 3 times. The 3rd IT rep was able to provide the right method to restore use thru Properties while providing the steps for our agency to restore if necessary in the future too. ALL good so far,.
